Our Gifts are Trusts
Many know my mastery in most every aspect of engineering software products. To me it is a gift visioning with people and bringing that vision into reality.
Some know my way of developing strategies and processes. To me this is a gift of perceiving natural structures that allow people to work and create at their full potential.
A few know of my one-on-one coaching/healing practice. To me this is a gift of reflecting and caring that allows people to release what they do not need and find what they do need.
For you and me our gifts are trusts. I wish to honor this trust and direct my energies where they are most powerful and most natural.
Rather than saying more, I’ll leave it here.
I would sure love to hear from you about this or anything else.
Warm regards,
Chris

“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with
the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then
conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. He or she is sharply
different from the person who is leader first, perhaps because of the
need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material
possessions. For such it will be a later choice to serve – after
leadership is established. The leader-first and the servant-first are
two extreme types. Between them there are shadings and blends that are
part of the infinite variety of human nature."
